Gibral White, an educator with over 25 years of service in Alabama, is currently a K-12 Executive Director of Leadership and Continuous Improvement, for Montgomery Public Schools. She evaluates and provides day to day operational support for elementary, middle and high school administrators. Her previous professional experiences include elementary teacher, K-3 primary school assistant principal, K-6 elementary principal, college adjunct professor, K-12 curriculum educational specialist, and K-12 Magnet Schools Coordinator. Other related experiences include: Educational Regional In-Service Center Consultant, Leadership Montgomery (Class XVII), Camp Chandler Board Member, Kershaw YMCA Board Member, the University of Alabama’s Superintendents’ Academy (Class of 2007), Entrepreneur: Birthday Party Business, women’s clothing store, and a member of the Clinton Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church. Gibral received her undergraduate and graduate degrees, and administration certification from Alabama State University.
