Artistic Competition for Exceptional Students (ACES)

Artistic Competition for Exceptional Students (ACES) is a program for talented 6th through 12th public and private students in The River Region. Students audition or submit entries in eight disciplines of the Arts: acting, dance, instrumental, guitar, piano, strings, visual, and voice.

Qualified arts professionals judge the student’s performance or entry and determine the top participants in each discipline. Winners of each discipline are presented with a scholarship voucher to be used for supplies, equipment, or intensive summer study in the discipline in which the scholarship was presented. Usually held in the spring at the Armory Learning Arts Center, ACES provides enrichment opportunities for all River Region students.

The 33rd Annual Artistic Competition for Exceptional Students (ACES) recognizes local 6th – 12th grade students who display talent in the musical or visual / performing arts. February 12th submission deadline.
